Overview
TPG Fitness is a gym companion app: workout plans, a wearable rep-counter called T-Block, an AI coach, run tracking, and women's health tracking. It also works with the TPG kiosk on your gym floor, which recognises you by face and photographs the end of your session. This policy explains what the app and the kiosk collect, why, and who it's shared with.
By creating an account you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What we collect
Everything below is tied to your account and only ever collected because a feature you're using needs it. There is no background tracking and no advertising SDK in the app.

Health & cycle data
The Her Health section lets you log menstrual cycle dates, symptoms, and mood check-ins. This is the most sensitive data the app handles.
It's used only to show you predictions and history inside the app. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with anyone else's account. It never reaches the gym kiosk, your gym's staff, or any report.
How we use it
- Run the core features: plans, progress history, streaks, the muscle-activation heat map, run tracking, cycle predictions.
- Verify your identity and keep your account secure (OTP login, PIN resets).
- Recognise you at a gym kiosk and load your plan there, and build the session report the kiosk sends to your app.
- Work out whether your access is currently active.
- Respond to bug reports and support requests.
We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell it to anyone.
The AI Coach
When you use the AI Coach feature, the app sends relevant context, your recent workout history and profile details such as goals and experience level, to a third-party language model so it can generate a coaching response. That request/response pair is not used to train the underlying model beyond what the provider's own enterprise API terms specify; we don't control that separately from them.
Don't share anything in an AI Coach conversation you wouldn't want processed by an external AI service.
Retention & deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active, so the app can show your history, streaks, and progress.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data, workouts, cycle logs, your face template, kiosk photos, everything, at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. This is immediate and cannot be undone.
Reports the app builds for you are kept on your phone, in the History tab. Uninstalling the app removes them, and they are not restored on a new device.
Your rights
- Access & correction: most of your data is editable directly in the app (Edit Profile, cycle logs, etc.).
- Deletion: Settings → Delete Account, or email us and we'll do it for you.
- Face recognition is optional: you can use the app, and check in at a kiosk with its QR code, without ever enrolling your face. If you have enrolled, deleting your account deletes the template with it.
Children
TPG Fitness is not directed at children and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
Data is protected in transit and at rest by our infrastructure providers' standard encryption. Database access is restricted with row-level security, so your data is only ever visible to you, the gym whose kiosk you use, or an administrator.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where required, notify you in the app.
